Refund Policy
Straightforward rules for trials, billing, and cancellations. No surprises, no fine print games.
14-day free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card required to begin. You can use every detection module, the dashboard, Discord webhooks, and evidence storage during the trial. If you do nothing, the trial expires and your servers fall back to the free tier — you are never billed without explicitly entering payment details.
7-day money-back guarantee
After your first paid charge, you have 7 days to request a full refund — no questions asked — provided you have not flagged or banned any players during that window. Email billing@sentinelac.gg from the email on file and we will refund within 5 business days.
Billing cycles
Plans renew automatically on the same day each month (monthly) or year (annual). Annual plans are charged once up-front for the full 12 months at the discounted rate shown on the pricing page. We send a receipt to your billing email after every successful charge.
Mid-cycle changes
Upgrading mid-cycle is prorated — you pay only the difference for the remaining days. Downgrading mid-cycle takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle; no proration credit is issued for downgrades.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard under Billing → Manage Plan. Your license stays active until the end of the current billing period — no further charges. You will not receive a partial refund for the unused portion of the period.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry over 7 days and notify you by email. After the 7-day grace period, your license is suspended (detections stop, dashboard becomes read-only). Reactivating just requires a successful charge — your detection history and ban records stay intact for 90 days.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback before contacting billing@sentinelac.gg results in immediate license termination and forfeits eligibility for future Sentinel AC services. Reach out first — we resolve nearly every billing issue within one business day.
Refund exceptions
We cannot refund: (a) the prior period after the 7-day window has passed, (b) annual plans more than 7 days after the initial charge, (c) accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service. Local consumer-protection law overrides these terms where it applies (notably the EU 14-day withdrawal right for consumers).
