Terms of Service

License

Each plan grants a non-transferable license to run Sentinel AC on the number of FXServer instances included in that plan. Licenses are tied to your FXServer license key and may be moved between machines from your dashboard.

What you may not do

You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, leak, or reverse-engineer the Sentinel AC resource. You may not share dashboard credentials outside your staff team. Sharing the resource publicly is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

Acceptable use

Sentinel AC is for protecting your own FiveM servers from cheating. Using it to harvest player data, dox users, or target individuals outside legitimate moderation is prohibited.

Refunds

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Paid invoices are refundable within 7 days of the first charge if you have not flagged or banned any players. After that, billing is non-refundable but you can cancel at any time.

Uptime

Network and Enterprise plans include a 99.9% dashboard uptime SLA. Detection runs locally on your server, so dashboard outages do not affect protection.

Disclaimer

No anticheat can guarantee a 100% cheat-free environment. Sentinel AC is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any specific community. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are handled in Tallinn courts unless local consumer law dictates otherwise.
